We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab experience, which is why we offer a 49-day return policy for all our ergonomic chairs and desks. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team through our official help center with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Disassemble and Pack

  Carefully disassemble your product and pack it back into its original Secretlab box using the original protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location; please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to ensure all parts are present, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
